Patricia Louise Ferris (Hartgrove) Obituary (1939

Patricia Louise (Hartgrove) Ferris Pavilion: passed away Friday April 18, 2014 in Warsaw at age 74. Patricia was born July 27, 1939 in Batavia, the daughter of the late Hugh and Doris (Callen) Hartgrove. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. Patricia was predeceased by her husband, Frederick C. Ferris; son, Shawn Ferris; grandson, Adam Bell, her parents; sister, Linda Thompson and Marcia Schwartz and brother, Robert Hartgrove. She is survived by her children, Lynn (Craig) Hilchey of Plattsburgh, NY; Michael Ferris of Elba, NY and Sandra (Wayne) Bell of Batavia, NY; grandchildren, Chris and Nikki Hilchey, Ryan, Chantel, Leanna and Matthew Ferris; Devon and Joshua Ferris, Jonathan and Jacob Bell, Caitlin and Joel Church; five great-grandchildren, James, Rachel and Deaglan Hilchey, Aleric and Sophia Bell. She is also survived by her brother, Edward Hartgrove; sister, Cheryl Hobbs, and brother-in-law, Gene (Peg) Ferris; sisters-in-law, Marge Ferris, Dorothy Ferris and Donna (Leonard) Gursslin; good friends, Marie, Lee, Betsy and Steve along with many nieces, nephews and cousins. At Patricia's request there will be no calling hours. Friends may attend her Graveside Service, Saturday, May 24, 2014, at 11:00 A.M. at St. Francis Cemetery in LeRoy. In lieu of flowers, Pat requested memorial donations be made in her name to Crossroads Hospice House, 11 Liberty Street, P.O Box 403, Batavia, NY 14020.
