Scottsville Nancy L. Merritt On January 16, 2025 at the age of 90 Nancy Merritt passed over the rainbow. She was beloved by many as a daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Everyone who knew her was touched by her love, humor and generous spirit. Predeceased by her husband, Edward. She is survived by her children, Edward (Debbie), Richard, James (Pamela) Merritt, five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, brothers, Jerry Nersinger and Thomas Nersinger, sisters-in-law, Carol Nersinger, Joan Nersinger and Joanne Nersinger, many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers, Raymond, Earl, Norman, James, Donald and Edward Nersinger, sisters, Carol Guelzow and June Stelianou. Family and friends are invited to her graveside service Friday, January 24, 2025 at 11 A.M. at Holy Angels Cemetery, Caledonia Ave., Scottsville. In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to the Aurora House, 3495 S. Union St., Spencerport, NY 14559 or Union Presbyterian Church 1 Browns Ave, Scottsville, NY 14546.
