Michael John Vanbuskirk Jr of Union St. LeRoy, New York passed away Tuesday, December 9, 2025, in Rochester, New York. Michael was born February 7, 1974 in Batavia New York. He was the son of Michael, John VanBuskirk Sr and mother Diane Marie Carpenter. Michael was the most caring, funny, loving, friendly person. Michael enjoyed fishing, hiking his plants, cooking singing and dancing with family and friends. Michael also enjoyed making people laugh. He is survived by mother Diane Carpenter of LeRoy, father Michael VanBuskirk (Vanessa )of Rochester; sisters Kelicia Storey, Ciara LaChaux (Ray), Sydney VanBuskirk; step Brothers and sisters, Andre Griffin, Isaac Carpenter, Aaron Carpenter and Amber Carpenter and nieces and nephews. Family and friends may come together for a Celebration of Life on Saturday, January 10, from 2 to 4 pm at Second Baptist Church 73 Myrtle St., LeRoy.
