Margaret A. "Peggy" Fitzsimmons

Stafford ~ Margaret "Peggy" Fitzsimmons, age 73, of Main Road, died Wednesday evening (Dec. 14, 2011) at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester after a brief illness. Mrs. Fitzsimmons was born April 20, 1938 in Batavia, N.Y., a daughter of the late Mary Gallagher Baker. She will be remembered as a very fun and loving person, who adored her grandchildren and loved to spend time with her husband, Bob. In addition to her family, she had a passion for bowling. She is survived by her daughters, Mary (Daniel) Sprung of Florida, Stacey (Glenn) Bush of Orchard Park, and Molly (Benjamin) Lindke of LeRoy; grandchildren, Nicole (Thomas) Brown, Cassy Drury, Zachary Fitzsimmons, Cody Fitzsimmons and Cameron Bush; a great-grandson, Corey Brown; sister, Dorothy Kingsbury of LeRoy, along with many nieces, nephews and dear friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert "Bob" Fitzsimmons and her brother, Peter Baker. Family and friends may call on Sunday from 2 ~ 4 and 7 ~ 9 at the Cameron, Brady and Steuber Funeral Home, 111 Wolcott St. (Rt. 19 south), LeRoy. Rite of Christian Burial will be Monday at 10 A.M. at Our Lady of Mercy Parish (St. Peter's site). Interment will follow in St. Francis Cemetery.
