Seekins, Jane E. (Mooney)

LeRoy: on September 21, 2015 at age 78. Jane was born on May 26, 1937 in Batavia. She is predeceased by her husband, Howard Seekins in 2013; parents, Leo and Madeline (Maloy) Mooney; sister, Mary Brown. She is survived by her brother, Edward (Peggy) Mooney of LeRoy; step children; Sally (Richard) Seekins Morales, Patricia (Edward) Seekins Boes, John (Sally) Seekins, Bruce (Becky) Seekins, many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Jane worked at the Union Steel Chest Company in LeRoy. She and her husband moved with the company to Arizona in the 1970's, and moved back to LeRoy six years ago to be close to family. Jane participated in many Rotary Shows and on stage at the Horseshoe Lake Theater when living in LeRoy.
