Helen C. Mcewen

LeRoy ~ Helen C. McEwen, age 94, of West Avenue, died Wednesday morning (April 28, 2010) at United Memorial Medical Center in Batavia. Mrs. McEwen was born February 12, 19 16 in Caledonia , NY , a daughter of the late William and Mary McBurney Cramer. She is survived by her children, David (Carolyn) McEwen of Florida, William (Ellen) McEwen of Batavia and Margaret McEwen-Craven (James Craven) of Scottsville; four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Donald McEwen in 1976 and her sisters, Margaret Cramer and Mary Cramer. There will be NO PRIOR CALLING HOURS. Family and friends are invited to attend her Rite of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Mercy Parish (St. Peter's Building), 44 Lake Street , LeRoy, on Monday at 10 AM . Interment will follow in St. Columba Cemetery in Caledonia . Memorials may be made to Le Roy Volunteer Ambulance
