Carole A. Longhany STAFFORD -- Carole Longhany of Bater Road, Stafford, passed away on the evening of Saturday (June 29, 2013) at Highland Hospital in Rochester surrounded by her loving family. Carole was born on Dec. 25, 1935, in Caledonia to the late William and Edith Kellner Hackett. She is survived by her loving husband, Charles Longhany; children, Jane (Earl) Bickett of Le Roy, Charles Jr. (Jacquelyn) Longhany of Pavilion, Mary Alwardt of Alden, Joanna (Randall) Crane of Florida, Susan (Jeffrey) Beaver of Stafford, Patricia (Theodore) Hume of Le Roy and Catherine Longhany of Le Roy; brothers, Frederick (Dorothy) Hackett of Pavilion and Terry Hackett of Texas; sisters, Nancy Dell of Rochester and Barbara Krigbaun of California; 22 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Carole is predeceased by her daughter, Deborah Henkel, sister, Dolores Bolsei and brother, Jack Hackett. Family and friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Cameron Brady & Steuber Funeral Home, 111 Wolcott St. (Route 19 South), Le Roy. Rite of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Our Lady of Mercy Parish (St. Peter's Building). Interment will immediately follow at St. Francis Cemetery, Le Roy.
