Stafford : Costa, Ann E. 4/21/2012 Ann Costa, 70, of Transit Road , Stafford, passed away on the evening of Saturday April 21, 2012 at Highland Hospital in Rochester . Ann was born on March 28, 1942 in Rochester , New York to the late Harold & Mary (McMahon) Niccloy. She was the Stafford Town Clerk up until her retirement, and was a longtime member of St. Peter's Church in Le Roy. Ann was also a member of the Stafford Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary and the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Post #576. She loved celebrating holidays and special occasions with her family and friends, who were her greatest joys in life. She is survived by her loving husband Richard, brothers; Brian (Barbara) Niccloy of Brockport, Harold Jr. (Janice) Niccloy of SC, and nieces; Deborah (Joe) Laurie, Sandra (Don) Pangrazio, Diane (Dan) Graham, all of Le Roy, and Jill Chiappone of Florida, nephews; Timothy Niccloy of Le Roy, and Mark Niccloy of SC, many great-nieces, and great-nephews. She is predeceased by her sister Katherine Niccloy and great-nephew Shaun Niccloy. Family & friends may call at the Cameron Brady & Steuber Funeral Home, 111 Wolcott St. (Rt. 19 South) LeRoy on Wednesday from 4-7PM. Rite of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday at 10AM at Our Lady of Mercy Parish, (St. Peter's Building). Interment will immediately follow at St. Francis Cemetery .
