Obituary for Mark Gargano
Mark Gargano, 68, of Scottsville NY passed away suddenly on Monday, January 30th 2023, after a short battle with a respiratory illness. Mark is survived by his wife Maurya; his son Sampson; daughter Jesselee; step-daughters Jes and Kelly; and grandchildren Bobby, Lola, and Gabriella.
Mark was the longtime owner of the Rush Creekside Inn, and in retirement, turned a pickling hobby into a business. He used his passion for cooking to take care of those he loved, and touched many lives through his generosity of heart and spirit. Mark will be dearly missed by those fortunate enough to have known him, whether they be friends or the many animals he was kind to (and also fed). We ask for you to think of him when you look at the birds, feed the squirrels, and pet the dogs.
