Obituary for Julio "Jerry" J. Saeva

SCOTTSVILLE - August 7, 2022 at age 87 Predeceased by his wife Joan Saeva. Four Brothers and one sister. He is survived by his children Grace (Brian) Bennett, Jerry (Susan) Saeva, Cherylanne (Peter) Wilson, Grandchildren; Erin (David) George, Kyle Bennett, Jacob, Jason, Jonathan, Jenna, and Jordan Saeva. Sister-In-Law Josephine Saeva. Several Nieces, Nephews, and cousins.

Jerry used to call square dances with his wife before getting married to our mother and loved to play the guitar.
He also taught a few local students guitar lessons in his younger years. He used to have a television repair business on the side after working a full time job at Kodak. He worked in emulsion research at Kodak for about 35 years and then with H&R Block for at least 25 years. He loved to make wood crafts for many years and would sell them at local craft shows or give them as gifts. He has always loved garlic and for many years grew and sometimes sold garlic along side our mom!


Family and Friends are invited to call Friday from 4-7 PM at The J.H. Cameron Funeral Home 26 Rochester St. Scottsville. Jerry’s Funeral Mass will be held Saturday 10 AM at St. Martin De Porres Parish, St. Mary’s Church. 99 Main St. Scottsville. Interment Holy Angels Cemetery, Scottsville.In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Honor Flight Rochester Inc. PO. Box 23581 Rochester, NY 14692.
