Robert F. Saxe
SCOTTSVILLE - March 25, 2020 at age 87. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Betty J. (Lessord) Saxe; children, Maryann Saxe of Scottsville, Frank Saxe (Branson Lee) of NYC, Rachel (Edward) Ford of MA; grandchildren, Devlin, Addison, Keela Ford of MA; sister, Joyce Creegan; brother, Alan Saxe; several nieces and nephews.
Bob was predeceased by his sisters, Dolores Burke, Arlene Kleisley, Shirley Semrau, Joanne Dries; brothers, Duane, Donald Saxe.
Bob work for Stromberg Carlson for several years, and eventually retired from Eastman Kodak Company after 20 years of service. Bob was very active in the Scottsville Boy Scouts. He was a Army Veteran of the Korean War, and a member of the Smith - Warren American Legion Post # 367.
A Funeral Mass and interment with military honors will be held at a later date. Interment Holy Angels Cemetery, Scottsville. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Smith Warren Legion Post #367, 61 Main St. Scottsville, NY 14546.
