Eleanor M. Scott

LeRoy – Eleanor passed away on December 20, 2019 at home on Britt Rd. surrounded by her loving family at age 81. Eleanor was born in Batavia to the late Joseph and Alice Hawker, and John and Blanche Wetzel who raised her from age 6. She is predeceased by her husband, David (Arv) Scott; her sons Thomas and Terry Scott; brother Randy Hawker. She is survived by her sons, Joseph (Michelle) Scott, Kenny Scott, Jeffrey Nicoll; daughter-in-law, Kathy Scott; grandchildren Shannon, Rebeka, Matthew (Stephanie) Scott, Jacob (Victoria Scalise) Scott; great grandson Griffin Scott; brothers, Ronald Wetzel, Richard (Jane) Simpson, Howard (Loretta) Yodder, Don McHugh, Robert (Simpson); sisters, Margaret Dillon, Joyce (Bob) Gerber, Pat Burkhead, Jean (Duane) Watson, and Donna (Torri) Ianello; many nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by her precious kitty Bitsy. Eleanor was Secretary to Stafford Ladies Auxiliary, and past Secretary to the Stafford Fire Dept. She was a member of the Stafford Hobby Club, and member of the Ladies of the Moose. She was avid sports fan of the Buffalo Bills, NY Yankees, Buffalo Sabres, and Syracuse Basketball.

Family and friends are invited to call Saturday 1 – 3 pm at the Cameron Brady & Steuber Funeral Home, 111 Wolcott Street, LeRoy where her Funeral Service will be held following calling hours at 3 pm. Interment Morganville Cemetery, Stafford. Memorials may be made to the family.
