SCOTTSVILLE - December 31, 2018 at age 91. Predeceased by his brothers, John and Richard Shafer. He is survived by his wife, Gloria Shafer; sons and daughters-in-law, Joseph (Barbara), Gerard (Maria), Christopher (Elizabeth) and Louis (Christine) Shafer; grandchildren, Sarah (Adam) Gotham, Aaron, Kyle, Meghan, Maddie, Anna, Abby and Maggie Shafer; sisters, Carolyn (Bernie) Lynch, Mary (Paul) May and Judy (John) Reisinger; sister-in-law, Jean Shafer; many nieces & nephews.
No prior calling. Family and friends are invited to his Funeral Mass, Saturday January 5, 2019 at 11 AM at St. Martin De Porres Parish St. Mary’s Church, 99 Main St., Scottsville. Interment, Holy Cross Cemetery, Dansville.
