Scottsville: August 10, 2016 at age 77. She is survived by her son, Michael A. Lucas; sisters, June Whitfield, Hazel Truitt, Lucy Gay, Mary Alice; brother, Donald Lucas; several nieces and nephews. Alta was a former employee of Coopervision.
