On August 1, 2016 at age 67. He is survived by his brothers, Richard (Frances) Williams of Perry, Daniel Williams of Nunda, sister, Gloria (Charles) Porvorse of Perry; several nieces and nephews. His half sisters; Barbara and Debbie. Foster mother Frances Griffen. He was predeceased by his half sister Sandy, and foster father Roy Griffen. Robert worked for years at the Wyoming County Community Hospital and was a Buffalo Bills and Sabers Fan.
