Scottsville, NY: Suddenly, April 3, 2009 at age 74 at Titusville, FL He is predeceased by his son, Jon; R.; sister, Laura Lee (Underwood); brother, Rogers, killed in WW II; parents, E. Ray and Arlee. He is survived by his wife Joanette (Albee); sister, Patsy Trowbridge (Basil); brother, E. Clair and Linda (Albee); daughter, Jami Kogler (Keith); daughter-in-law, Cori Carter; nephews, Ray Underwood (Carol), Basil Trowbridge II (Debra), Timothy Trowbridge; nieces, Teri Brothers (Jack), Jennifer Zwierlein (Michael), Kimberly Faulkenberry (Luke); grandchildren, Jakob, Jaclyn, and Krista Kogler, Jace Edgar, and grand nieces and nephews. Jack was an Eagle Scout, US Army veteran, Rotary Life member, and retiree of Rochester Gas and Electric.
A Celebratory Service will be held at the Union Presbyterian Church, Scottsville, NY, May 23 at 1:00 PM.
